Stirring the Good Soil is born out of Jesus’ parable of the sower.
The Lord spoke about the productive crop coming from the good soil. This site is designed to help you plant biblical truth and principles in your life in order to experience God’s blessings through the seasons that we all go through.
Good Soil
has to be maintained. Perhaps you have seen land that was once farmed and then left to neglect. Not only did it become hard with no cultivation, and full of weeds because of no care, but it probably returned to being filled with trees so that the soil was no longer possible for any crop production. Good soil has to be kept soft and watered. It has to be protected from becoming infested with weeds that choke out the growth of the crop. So it is with our hearts and lives. The picture of the good soil that Jesus used has to be kept soft with the continually working of the Holy Spirit, keep it moistened with the freshness of the Scriptures, and stir it up with the active cultivation of living out the Christian life.
